DMCA

We are serious about respecting the intellectual property rights of others, and thus it is our policy to review all notices of alleged copyright infringement that are submitted. To that end, we have established the following Notice and Takedown Policy in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are the copyright holder, or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and you believe that you or your client’s intellectual property appears on the website without proper permission, you may submit a copyright infringement notification. Your written notice must include the following information:

– A description of the allegedly infringed work, or a representative list in the case of multiple works.
– Identification of the allegedly infringing material in a precise enough manner to enable us to locate the material, preferably including the URL of the website page(s) on which the work is found.
– Your full contact information, which includes your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
– A statement that you, as the complaining party, have a good faith belief that the disputed material is not authorized for use by the copyright owner, and agent for the copyright owner, or the law.
– A statement by you that the information in the notice you are submitting is accurate and that you are either the owner of the work that is claimed to be infringed or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
– Your physical or electronic signature or that of a person to whom you have given authorization to act for you.
Please be aware that all the information listed above must be included in your notice in order for your notice to be valid.
Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to us through our contact form.
Abuse Notification
Submitting a claim of copyright infringement that misrepresents the facts can result in legal action against you. By submitting a false claim, you are liable for damages according to Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Take Down Procedure

It is this website’s firm policy to remove any material from the website that is an alleged infringement of copyright. The accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated. Access to any infringing materials will be disabled in the most expeditious manner possible in conformity with 17 U.S.C. §512 of the DMCA.

Modification of Policy

We may make modifications to this policy in the future. Users are asked to remain up to date on any revisions or additions to this policy by checking back regularly.
